Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated under the brand “Lucky” (the “Site”), and any digital products, configuration files, scripts, VIP memberships, and Discord community access (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Lucky (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, joining our Discord, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from Lucky. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Nature of the Products

Lucky sells digital configuration files and scripts intended for use with third-party gaming peripheral devices, including but not limited to Cronus Zen and XIM Matrix. You acknowledge that:

• You must own the relevant hardware to use our products. Lucky does not sell hardware.
• Use of the products in online multiplayer environments may violate the terms of service or end-user license agreements of individual games or platforms (e.g. Microsoft, Sony, EA, Activision, Riot, Ubisoft).
• You assume all risk associated with the use of our products, including the risk of account suspension, ban, or other action by game publishers or platform holders.
• Lucky is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cronus, XIM, or any game publisher.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Your card statement will reflect the AUD amount; foreign exchange and bank fees, if any, are your responsibility.

4. Delivery & Discord Access

Digital products are delivered electronically. VIP packages grant a Discord role that provides access to private channels containing downloads, guides, and updates. You are responsible for joining our Discord server and providing the correct Discord username at checkout. Lucky is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, hidden, or privacy-restricted Discord accounts.

Monthly VIP

Monthly VIP grants 30 days of access from the date of purchase. The Discord role is automatically removed at the end of the 30-day period. Monthly VIP is a non-recurring purchase — you must repurchase to continue access.

5. No Refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, chargebacks, or cancellations on any product, VIP package, or membership. By completing checkout you affirmatively waive any right to a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Licence

Upon successful payment, Lucky grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal-use licence to use the purchased configuration files solely on your own device. You may not share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, leak, or reverse-engineer any Lucky product. Violations will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

7. Account & Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our Discord; (c) harass other users or staff; (d) impersonate Lucky staff; or (e) attempt to charge back, dispute, or commit payment fraud. Breach may result in immediate termination, removal from Discord, and forfeiture of any active VIP membership without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including configurations, scripts, copy, branding, the “Lucky” wordmark, layout, and graphics, is owned by Lucky or our licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will be compatible with future game updates, hardware revisions, or operating systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 90 days preceding the claim. Lucky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of game accounts, ranks, items, or progression.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services and access our Discord ends immediately. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or our Discord. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts for any disputes.
