Refund Policy

1. Why we are non-refundable

Lucky sells digital configuration files and instant Discord access. Once delivery occurs (which begins the moment your payment is confirmed), the product cannot be “returned” or unconsumed. This is consistent with the standard practice for digital goods worldwide.

2. What is non-refundable

• Lucky VIP — Lifetime (one-time)
• Lucky VIP — Monthly (30-day access)
• All individual Cronus Zen scripts
• All individual XIM Matrix scripts
• Any add-ons, tools, or leaks granted with VIP

3. Exceptions

We will only consider a refund or partial credit in the following narrow cases, and only at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate charge on the same Stripe session caused by a Stripe error.
• Total non-delivery of the product within 24 hours where the failure is solely on our side and we cannot rectify it.

Disputes raised after 7 days of purchase, or relating to game/platform bans, hardware compatibility, personal preference, accidental purchase, or change of mind, are not eligible.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first is a violation of our Terms of Service. We will:

• Provide Stripe with full evidence of delivery (Discord role assignment, bot DM, IP, timestamps).
• Permanently remove your Discord role and revoke access without refund.
• Permanently ban the associated Discord and email from any future purchase.

5. How to request a review

If you believe you fall within the narrow exceptions in section 3, open a ticket in our Discordwithin 7 days of purchase with: order ID, purchase email, Discord username, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 72 hours.

6. Setup help is included

Most issues that lead to refund requests are setup problems we can fix in minutes. Before requesting anything, please open a ticket and let us help you get the product working — it’s included free with every purchase.
