This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services. By using Lucky you consent to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

You provide directly

• Email address — used for receipts, order confirmation, and customer support.
• Discord username — used to assign your VIP role and deliver products.
• Payment details — collected and processed solely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number, CVV, or expiry.

Collected automatically

• Order ID, purchase amount, currency (AUD), product purchased, and timestamps.
• Anonymous browser data (IP address, user agent, page paths) for fraud prevention and basic analytics.
• Cookies for cart contents and your linked Discord username (stored locally on your device).

2. How We Use Information

• Process payments and deliver digital products.
• Assign and manage your Discord role (including automatic removal of monthly VIP after 30 days).
• Send order confirmations and important account notices.
• Provide support via Discord ticket.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or terms violations.
• Comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data required with the following processors:

• Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Discord — community access, role assignment, and DM delivery. See discord.com/privacy.
• Hosting / database — to securely store order records.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers or marketers.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use first-party cookies and your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and linked Discord username. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies via your browser settings; doing so may prevent checkout from functioning correctly.

5. Data Retention

Order records (email, Discord ID, transaction status, amount) are retained for as long as required to fulfil our legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations — typically seven (7) years.

6. Security

Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe over PCI-compliant TLS connections. Our servers use HTTPS and encrypted database access. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. Australia, EU, UK, California), you may have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, open a ticket in our Discord with the email used at purchase.

8. Children

Our services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

We are based in Australia. Stripe and Discord may process your data in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the Service you consent to these cross-border transfers, which are conducted under standard contractual safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here and announced in our Discord. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
